The curriculum designed by the Tribhuvan University for BBS and BIM is to promote the several managerial, business & commercial knowledge, skills and attitude. However English is taught in BBS First Year as well as BIM First and Second Semester. Comparing the English syllabus of BBS and BIM both useful for theoretical and practical purposes. The course designed for BIM First and Second semester has highlighted the practical aspects of English grammar and communication. The book ''A Communicative Grammar of English" has focused on the context based use of grammar rather than using it on rule and theory. In the same line Business Communication designed for 2nd Semester has incorporated all the skills and ability promotion activities for both writing and speaking. The English course designed for BBS is somehow more abstract but it helps to conceptualize the concept properly which obviously help them to build confidence and use it as per the need and necessity.
