against information overload and information addition, use technological
tools productively, and disengage from the computer frequently to
communicate in person.

This means technology
is just a tool to facilitate your communication. You should not use it for the
add to communicate or replace human or personal communication.
To specify it, one has
to learn to keep technology in control and use it rather than being used from
it.
In other words, don’t
rely to much on technology or let it to overwhelm the communication process.
Guard against information overload and information addition
Information overload

need. It may subconscious happen when one use technology more than the need.
This results when people receive more information than they can effectively
process.
On the other side,
sometimes even in the vacation or free time the sender tends to send the right
message to wrong people which lead to the information addiction to the sender
that is also because of over use of technology.
Using technological Tools productively
Technological tools
such as E-mail, IM, World Wide Web etc should be used more for business
purposes rather than personal use.
Managers should
encourage and restrict both to his employers and fellow staff in case of use of
technological tools for the productivity to their work.
Trainings and proper
guidance are helpful to make these technology effective for productivity.
Reconnecting with the People
The main purpose of
communication is to make connection and rapport with the people. Even though we

One has to understand
the bases of communication and come back time and aging from technology and go
to the people and make live relations.

We can conclude that
technology has made possible to dismantle the boundary of time and space.
People can work sitting in their homes at any time and perform the duty. The online
market, online banking and so many other tasks have become successful because
of the correct use of technology in communication. Many people are also in
