My name is Debaki Kafle (Timilsena), and I was born in Bharatpur Metropolitan-15, Sivanagar. Currently, I have been living in Brendranagar-12 Surkhet. My childhood was filled with interesting experiences, where I took on various responsibilities, such as assisting my parents with household chores and farming activities.

I completed my schooling at a public school near my home. I pursued my undergraduate studies at a campus of Tribhuvan University. Later, I moved to Kathmandu to continue my education and earned a Master's degree in Education. In 2013, I graduated as the Subject Topper from the Central Department of Education, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur Kathmandu.

I worked as a teacher, counselor, translator, writer and English test preparation instructor for exams such as IELTS and PTE at several prominent institutions in Kathmandu for about seven years.

I was admitted to Mid-West University in 2020, where I completed my Master of Arts with a major in English in 2023. I graduated at the top of my faculty with a CGPA of 3.69 and was awarded a Gold Medal and Certificate. The award was presented to me during the 3rd Convocation Ceremony of Mid-West University on March 7, 2023, in the presence of the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Deans, faculty members, and fellow graduates.

Currently, I teach Grade 11 and 12 students at several schools during the morning shift. Additionally, I provide English test preparation for students, focusing on exams such as IELTS. Beyond my academic qualifications, I am a certified counselor for higher education and abroad studies, accredited by the Ministry of Education, Government of Nepal, in 2015. I have also participated in training sessions organized by the British Council, the American Embassy RELO (Regional English Language Office), and NELTA.

I am an internationally certified English language teacher, holding a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification from the World TESOL Academy, which I obtained in 2023.

I am currently working as a teacher trainer for public schools in Nepal, primarily in Karnali Province, to promote English Medium Instruction through workshops aimed at enhancing the professional skills of teachers.

I aspire to work as a facilitator and trainer to promote quality improvement in public schools in Karnali Province. Additionally, I am eager to be a part of the "English For All" initiative, collaborating with various governmental agencies and non-governmental organizations such as the British Council and RELO.
