Corona, China & Modi
Everyone can easily assume on what is going on in India.
The Covid-19, Corona Virus is increasing every day which is not difficult and
confusing that it will be in number 1 position very soon. PM Narendra Modi, as
BJP says, has been trying his best from his very powerful government to control
the Virus. Since there is the problem of Pandemic in one hand on the other hand,
Indo-Chinese conflict on border issue has given the birth to another chronic
crisis for Indian Government.
Introduction
More importantly, these both of the problems
obviously will have a long term impact on not only to the politics but
certainly have on economics, education, health and many more aspects of the
life of the people. The Modi's Government in the foreign policy acted on more aggressively
from the beginning. We can see the Article 370 on Kashmir and Laddak territories.
Once Indian government came with as a harder line, the neighboring countries
also attempted to tune into react on these issues. Ultimately, we have the
scenario at hand.
Indian Congress [IC] was maintaining the foreign
policy according to which all the countries could easily be assured on
reciprocal prosperity and security but after the powerful entrance of Bharatiya
Janata Party (BJP) in the Central as well as Province Government, made the
leaders more excited and sometimes accelerated towards the RSS objectives.
It is simply believed when you are in the top of
power and authority, it's your responsibility to protect everybody's right and
freedom. Now without any hesitation if you ask to any minorities of India about
the working procedure and the guiding philosophy of the BJP led government,
they simply say they are tired and frustrated not only about a particular
incidents but also the trend and tendency of the government.
It is shameful in democracy when your own elected
government and leaders voluntarily refuse to become the guardian of all the
citizens. You are the government but it doesn't mean that you go ahead without
listening the voice of opposition. And the heavy irony on the government is if
you try to impose all the big media of the country to advocate even the wrong
step of the leaders and government.
Discussion
For the detail description and analysis it is very
important to observe the journey of Covid-19 in India. Covid-19 was discovered in
Wuhan, China, in December 2019. Up to the third month of its identification, the
World Health Organization declared the outbreak a Public Health Emergency of
International Concern on 30 January, and a pandemic on 11 March. From
China the Virus entered to Europe the epicenter of the Virus was Italy. It
showed its actual face in Italy that every government of the world should have
to be alert. From the Europe the virus travelled to North America.
The first case of Covid-19 was identified in India on
30th January 2020. India currently has in the number one position so has become
the largest number in Asian Continent, and has the third highest number of confirmed cases in
the world after the USA and Brazil with the number of total
confirmed cases breaching the 100,000 identified on 19 May, 200,000 on 3 June, and
1,000,000 confirmed cases on 17 July 2020. After this if we check the
statistics of today confirmed case is 2,975,701 and death is 55,795.
It is necessary to see the infection increasing rate
in India not every day or week let's see it in months.

The statistics above seems normal from various
parameters. In this regards, the Modi's Government is relatively getting
success in controlling Covid-19 infection. In this regard, the voice of former
president of Indian Congress is loud than the actual need.
But the important issue here to raise is on the lockdownstrategies of the government.
PM Modi announced for the 14 hours voluntary public
curfew on twenty second of March 2020. Immediately after this, PM Modi ordered
a mandatory lockdowns in the major cities of India. Then there was a nationwide
lockdown for 3 weeks. The nationwide lockdown was extended two times until 17
of May.
The main problem with the Modi's Government was as
Rahul Gandhi time and again attempts to attack by blaming that it was not a
wise decision. Every common Indian People easily are convinced what the Indian
Congress has been raising.
The Government lockdown the entire nation the second
largest population in the world. It actually started before than it was
supposed to be. Later on once the Covid-19 Started to rocket then the lockdown is
going towards relaxation. Now the problem has moved to the horror but the
government has nothing to do except so called isolation and basic like a first
aid treatment.
Now lets move to another very important emerging issue
between India and China which significantly remarkable because it is long
lasting problem. Both India and China unwillingly went towards the long lasting
disaster. Indian Security force lost the life of 20 soldiers and officers in
the struggle on line of control (LOC). It seemed as war in between China and
India was going to be fired.
If I try to become more neutral in this issue, India
will have more financial challenges in comparison to China. There is no doubt
that India is one of the biggest market for Chinese products and China not only
exports ready-made products it also sells various types of raw materials for
example to the pharmacists, and companies. China in present time is the
International key player in global business and commerce. India is also rising economy
but it has not come to the position right now from where it can fight with
Chinese Production and Marketing.
In all these issues, the government has been crumbling
without proper concrete vision. However the situation has become pathetic, some
prominent leaders of BJP even today are highlighting the work, working
procedures and prospects of the Government as it is like what they often love
to say Ram Rajjya.
Conclusion
All the ideas mentioned above highlight that the
Government led by Modi is not getting success in its mission. It was failed in
the strategies to control the pandemic in one hand and on the other the
relation with the neighboring countries has been going worse. The conflict with
Chinese Government will obviously have long term problem. Here in this regard, the
government has to stop for a while and need to think and listen the voices of
the common people as well as the opponent.
